Y'all have no vision :mjlol:

You're remote. You can work ANYWHERE. You can post up at the coffee shop, at the mall, wherever and work if you want to. You're not restricted to being at home :skip:
Exactly. There’s a place here in Houston where there’s tunnels underground everyone goes to for business lunches. Just sit down there and pretend you have a bunch of office homies while getting work done over lunch or some shyt if just want people around and to be out the house :mjlol:

I thought we were talking about your previous wfh position.
I work better in an office environment when I’m able to bounce ideas off people in person instead of remote. It was better for my long term aspirations and why I left my previous job.

Why would having multiple meetings keep you from working at various locations? :dwillhuh:

As we all know, once you step outside of your home all bets are off. Now you are surrounded by random npc mother fukkers who are unpredictable and potentially dangerous to your career or even your life...

I applied for a coordinator in data subject rights position. pharmaceutical industry title.

I understand the role and can definitely do the assigned duties. Fully remote, would be perfect job for right now. Have reached out once over email and once over phone. Really hoping I get this job.
good luck, networking helps. the remote opportunities I've come across were from people I knew already at these companies. ask around if you can, referrals can get you in the door

Yes most definitely! I have one possible connection with the HQ being in Pennsylvania and me being in SC.

Entertainment world got me fukked up, I been trying to build off my merit and my word/work thinking I could land something 6fig just off my work put in. Not necessarily credentials. Just off the strength.

I mean I know who I am and what I’m capable of. Just be needing them chances.

Guess I gotta give myself a fair shot as well.

My goal was never and still is not to be working for someone else however.

Correct answer. Especially when you’re working long hours. I make more money and have more of a work life balance now even if it means going into the office 2 days a week.

Plus I can always leave at noon anyways when I do.

True. There was a span during the height of COVID where I was working from home for 8 straight months. It became unbearable after awhile, mainly because I literally couldn't go ANYWHERE.
