Tbh I think I would be more upset if they changed the time off policy vs hybrid schedule. I’ve clocked 355 hours of time off so far this year (it’s unlimited)…. That amounts to 2.5 months off not including holidays…. That means I’ve only really worked 6/9 months so far this year :pachaha:

as long as we meet standards within a work year, we have time off at our discretion. now, ngl i have a way to go before i meet the standard for this year so it's gonna be some long days. but even then, i estimate i have another months worth of pto to clock this year :mjlol:

i think that's what they call.... work life balance :skip:

Just be careful breh, companies don’t have to pay out shyt even if there’s an “agreement” in place because laws are geared towards businesses winning against employees on any and everything.

At my job, people who lived over 30 miles from an office are exempt for coming in :stopitslime: . My ass should have saved $$$ and bounce up to LA during covid if I knew this was going to happen.
Why not just vpn from Nevada and buy yourself a virtual mailing address? :pachaha:

Couldn’t be me. I’m either taking the last 2 months of the year off or every Monday and Friday until they fire me :heh:
