They wanted me to move back to NYC because my position was soooo important. Meanwhile there’s ppl in LA, Utah, Idaho & others “WFH” (AKA Traveling to Tulum & PR). But majority of the team left cause of pregnancies, pregnancies then quitting, lay-offs or just quitting.

Yup...starting mid September I go in one day a week. They are piloting a new program. I had a choice of doing full remote, partial remote, and no remote. I figured going in one day a week is good to break the monotony. I got my office back though so at least I dont have to be masked up all day while on site. This is just for the fiscal year. I don't mind that. They relaxed the dress code so I dont have to do business casual anymore barring a special situation.

4 days I'm still at home in my big work chair in my beater and drawls working and multitasking with non work related things lol

Still living the good life. Slept in and had a few brews around noon. Only got 2 emails so it was a chill day. I’m appreciating everyday of this.

Started freelancing bout a year before COVID hit. shyt was rough in the beginning but once everyone realized remote was doable, the opportunities rolled in. all my clients are in different cities or time zones

Go back Oct 18th, which is stupid might as well just let us take the rest of the year. We going back near the holidays when people start taking vacations.

But on the Brightside, we'll be doing a hybrid model. 3 days 1 week and 2 days the next and they'll let us work remotely from anywhere for 1 month of the year.

It's the greatest thing of all time.

My job starts at 7:00. I usually roll out of bed around 7:15, log on and masturbate till 8. Shower and groom from 8 - 8:30. Smoke weed, check stocks and emails and surf the coli from 8:30-10. Start working around 10. Take a break at 11. Lunch at 12. Do some more work from 1-2. By 2:00, anything I was going to get done that day better have gotten done because I'm unofficially off the clock by 2. I just play League of Legends and drink tequila and smoke weed and move the mouse around till 4, then shut my laptop screen.

I love my job.
