Yall know my opinion on this Scamdemic, so I'm torn about the larger picture of this,aka we can't keep living a purely virtual life. This bullshiit gotta get back to normal, but working from home partially is ok in general.

there's people who take liberties because they are actually good at their jobs, reliable n deliver.
Then there's people who just take liberties because they are unmotivated, undisciplined and lack focus.
Both type of workers are in here sharing experiences. Both won't make it. Some people think they hit a lick but their inefficiency and inability to be self accountable is why they needed managers and oversight plus the office structure.

It was heaven for me from March to August because almost all of my projects got cancelled or postponed, so i would work at max 8 hours a week . But now after cuts i am actually working 40 hours a week at least so i guess it is evening out for me in the end.
