Yall know my opinion on this Scamdemic, so I'm torn about the larger picture of this,
aka we can't keep living a purely virtual life. This bullshiit gotta get back to normal, but working from home partially is ok in general.
Somebody suggest a good computer or laptop.

Been working from home since March. What I do is take my laptop to an outdoor lounge/bar and chill with shorties who also on WFH.
Getting twisted on company time while bagging shorties
If you have a job that isn't strict on the timeframe and you're just paid by results (no clock in/out) this is fukking gold.

Even just thinking about that horrible ass theme song triggers flashbacks to childhood and hearing that shyt
So since the lockdown, most of our office people have been working from home and today one of them dropped in at work which we got us talking and I’m not gonna lie, shyt had me heated.
He starts work at 9am, but gets out of bed at around 8:30am, has a quick breakfast before working. Meanwhile since my commute is 1 and a half hours, I get up at 5:45am, shower, breakfast and leave the house in the dark rainy weather
On top of all this, this shyt is like a pay rise for these folks cos I spend thousands a year on public transportation, food at work, clothes etc, whilst they pretty much save all their money on that shyt whilst earning the same money. This is some bullshyt
Not gonna lie, shyt has me looking at other career options where I can also wfh cos these nikkas really have it made.
I feel for you breh. Ive been WFH for years, and the effective pay increase is REAL. Not putting all them miles on your car, all that gas you don't have to buy. All the extra time you get to sleep every night... UNDERRATED as fukk. The day may as well be at least 2 hours longer, because with no commute to and from work, thats just extra time for you to do whatever.
I sleep so much better now. And I work cleaner and more efficient because Im fukking fresh everyday and not tired and nodding off the first half of a whole ass shift man. shyt is life changing. ESPECIALLY in the winter. It changed the way we shop... We just go shop in the winter and fill the suv up with like 3/4 weeks of shyt and dont even bother having to leave the house for shyt like that if the snow is wild or something.
Its crazy how underrated it is, even though working from home is highly coveted, it still manages to be underrated. Researching stocks and index funds while adjusting your 401k and IRA portfolios on one screen with a game of Metal Gear paused on the TV to your left while working during the day in a comfortable set of clothes and shyt is >>>>>>> supervisors walking around with you and having to put up an appearance or chit-chat with boring cacs talmbout their ugly kids all day.
When this pandemic shyt let up and the WFH jobs are hiring again (because them shyts filled the fukk UP at my company around March fast as shyt

I hope you're right but many rents have been paid in advance by big companies and a lot of REITs rely on the rent and occupancy levels (in addition to jobs near these office locations). We shall see ...
