Brotha, I was ready to burn down orphanages when I found out Heath Ledger was gonna be the Joker. I ain't saying shyt about nothin no more :smh:

That's totally different....I always said to people that I think Superman as a character needs redesign...the suit still doesn't sit well in 2012/2013, tights and underwear on the outside. For example, You seen the X-Men movies didn't follow the X-Men comics costume, etc and they did the right thing.

I always thought Superman was one of the weakest characters of the top-tier comic book list. That said as a child....I loved the Reeves movies thou.. even though today it is very corny.

Superman Returns?

It had really cool visuals, but it is pretty much universally disliked by critics/superman fans/comic book fans. The story fell apart really early on in the film, and the actor (who had no acting experience i think, was cast cuz he looked like Reeves) was playing Chris Reeves more than he was playing Superman. (cuz it was supposed to be a continuation from the OG superman movies as opposed to a reboot)

Oh no,

He got cast based on his One Life to Live piff

Trailer looks nice, but im not really a huge superman fan like that. But i did dig 90's animated cartoon series.

If done correctly this and the Justice League movie could potentially throw Marvel and the Avengers in the Bushes

Nah. DC takes themselves too seriously, which is why it won't be as good. They need a character to swag up the screen and make the rest of the team interesting. As of now, the only character who could do it I think is Flash, and depending on how they cast him, it could go badly.

Think of how boring Avengers would have been w/o Tony Stark. Think of how boring Star Wars would have been w/o Han Solo (don't look far, just watch the prequels).

DC needs to write one of their characters as that ultra-don't-give-a-fukk-but-not-emo-yes-I'm-looking-at-you-Batman in order to compete w/ Avengers.
