This truly felt like a superman movie brehs.

Not only alien, but fukking scary. The directing is top notch. I never expected to see justice league the cartoon level of action, but they delivered. shyt was blowing up everywhere, buildings falling, people getting murked... i almost understand how i read a review that says it's too much action, but wtf tho cause superman is a boring ass character to begin with.

Overall 8.5/10, if it would've pulled me in with the plot it could've been the goat action movie. Still not fukking with TDK. I hope the mega action doesn't get stale for the sequel.

I thought it was really good. It didn't need 3D, but I liked the approach they took with the origin story and I liked how they went back and forth with Clark growing up then going to present day. I think Henry Cavill did a great job as Superman. Much different than Reeve or Routh. The Krypton opening scenes were amazing and it was dope to find out about the history of the planet.

I was genuinely satisfied with this Superman and will definitely see the sequel.

BTW...

Did anyone else notice the Lexcorp truck in the city? :krs:

Which film had better action

Avengers

Or

The Man Of Steel?

IMO Man of Steel had better action scenes, but Avengers "maybe" spaced it out a little more. Man of Steel for about 35 minutes straight is fight scene, after fight scene, after fight scene. Call me crazy, but I needed a little break :pachaha:

I just checked online to see what available seating is left at the showing im going to its jam packed except for the first 2 rows. Im glad i got my tickets like 9 days ago and im glad the theater doesnt reserved seating, cant wait until saturday just one more day

Just came from 8:30 show...

Better than Avengers

Action in the movie was crazy...

I loved the story because it seemed believable in a sense but too many of the main characters were hollow and seemed robotic. Superman's robotic approach was justified because he was confused about his ability/purpose throughout he film.

Its like the characters were trying to make the movie bad not the action or story..

Also about mid-way through the movie I was hoping superman and Zod joined forces and took over earth. I liked Zod more than Superman... Zod's female sidekick went harder tgan anyone in the film

The visuals were worth the ticket price even if the characters lacked.

this is exactly what I want in these types of films

I'd honestly wouldn't care if it was just 2 hours worth of action piff and no dialogue

:salute:
