Bout to find this or the third one( Bomb ass movie if you dont like it) on netflix tonight

That second one was always a favorite of mine as a kid. I like the Donner version better than the Lester version.

For all of it's short comings, that third one did have this scene:



But shyt, I can't wait for this movie. If it turns out to be ass cheeks then I will lose all hope in DC for the for-seeable future. It actually took me awhile to get on board for this one until I saw that third trailer. I blame Superman Returns for that.

With this new one I dont see how it can be any worse than that snoozefest Returns. Plus this looks like they will finally go a darker route with how he becomes Superman. Hopefully leaving all that smallville stuff in the bushes.

The thing with Nolan that I'm worried about is lately his villians have gone out with a wimper. He built up the Joker and look how he went out. He built up Bane and look how he went out. Harvey Dent died before he got a chance to wreck shyt.

I hope they don't kill off this villian after one movie. If Megatron can make it to two movies why not Zod They fukk up so much revenue streams by killing off good villians after ONE movie.

I'm sorry... but Batman and Superman just wouldn't work in a live action flick. They would have to reboot Batman all over again. Some shyt is good for cartoons and comics. Superman is international, Batman is local.

The Avengers even proved it. Batman would basically be the equivalent of Hawkeye. DC should just give Marvel all of its characters so they can do their thing. These greedy ass studio's only care about money not knowing they can make more by putting the right characters together and for decades.

In Nolan's defense Joker was supposed to have been in DKR so he couldn't really "go out" in TDK and I thought that Bane's exit was fitting....

u cannot tell me ras, joker, bane were the most MEMORABLE and quotable villains you ever witnessed in recent memory... way better than whutever marvel ever gave at the very least.

no doubt but their demise were all anti climatic. You got this big build up and you were left feeling unsatisfied. The Joker definately deserved his own sequel had Ledger been alive. Another thing with Nolan is he makes the villians so appealing you end up rooting for them. I'm more interested in Zod's gully than I am Superman at this point.

I so don't get why people think this...it's a movie and if the right director is handling it then anything can be made to work. And all that need to happen with Batman in a movie with Superman is to copy what was done with the character in the Justice League cartoons. He uses skill, stealth, intelligence and technology to fit in with people like Superman and Wonder Woman.
And Avengers didn't prove shyt except that Joss Whedon still has the same issues today that he had when he was doing Buffy in that he always makes the non-powered members of a team feel lesser when in group settings.

Christian Bale said he'd only do another Batman film if Nolan is involved, no Nolan, No go.



But Nolan will most likely be overseeing this Justice League sh1t so u already know Bale will come back, thus no need for a reboot

Nolan has said Batman and Superman do not inhabit the same universe, so yes Batman will need to be rebooted unless Bales Batman in a JL film has no connection to the previous films

Bane was the only one that was anti-climatic. Even though I still don't think he died because he always wore that shield on his chest.
