it happened 5 secs (movie time) after zod and crew got shipped out...but it happened way longer than that in actual real time. You gotta remember that they can't spend and hr or even longer showing what they were doing on the planet in between shipping them out and leading up to that shyt blowing up.

If Snyder were to make a film like that...one that showed every min of every day..so you wouldn't miss anything (which is what it sounds like you want)..it would take years to watch this film because of it's length.

Movies have been doing since forever...it's nothing new for a director, screen writer, editor to get str8 to the point. We don't need to see pointless shyt like the Kryptonians living every day life for days, weeks, months or years before the planet finally blew up...they have more important shyt to show us.

Time did pass. A lot of time, they just didn't spell it out on screen with a *6 months later* (not the exact time) for nikkas like ol boy above.

I ain't remedial, I know the two events were instantly after each other but IMO they had to know the planet was dying at that point(sending Zod away). If they didn't want him to die with honor with his planet thats one thing, but to send him to exile only for him to be set free was dumb IMO.

The ppl that sent Zod away werent thinking clearly...that is obvious, it's one fo the reasons why Zod wanted to remove them from their positions.

The only thing that bothered me was the rest of the inhabitants not leaving a dying planet. Maybe it's in a comic somewhere or something..but that was my only beef about the events on Krypton.

I enjoyed the movie as did my pops, the pace of it was cool with me, the fights and destruction was immense.


Some of the alien shyt was crazy, made it feel like a space/sci fi movie at times and the fighting was dope although it suffers from what tons of other movies have, that blur motion like in transformers at times.


Why did the ice pods look like dildos going into space tho?
