As much as I want to take up for the victim, the victim was the aggressor.

Other guy can easily claim self defense. And rightfully so.

I don't believe the guy should be given a long prison sentence......The victim started the argument, started the physical altercation, then told the guy..."Stab me if you can do it."......This was a consensual Murder.
