This. And these points. Been said that since last light but of course, none of “them” have addressed it directly. Latest update has the police involved was taken off patrol duty which lends to the fact that his own Dept. knows that he fukked up. Let’s also not forget that he wasn’t the only cop on the scene and said officers chanted “blue lives matters” to mock the victim and the witnesses at the scene.

Wow.

One thing I’ve learned about a lot of these nikkas on here is they have zero sympathy for young black girls after reading the posts in the thread about the habibi Uber driver.

nikkas was boiling with rage. :mjlol:

But fukk them.

This is going to end up causing the justice department to take a very close look at these “stand your ground” laws, and exactly who they were designed to protect.

I ask myself that very question every time I visit the Coli :mjcry:.. the way everybody is going in on the cop meanwhile I’m just over here feeling like he’s not at fault :mjcry: it all begs the question, am I a c00n :mjcry:
No, you just have people whose mind are made no matter the evidence. Some people will always think it's Black people fault (i.e. George Floyd). Then you got people will always think it's the cop fault. Then you have people who will examine the evidence and make a determination.

No its not...

This is clear cut, 12 was 100% in the right and justified in using his firearm...

All stand your ground laws like Ohio's make clear, if someone draws a weapon in your immediate vicinity with intent to use it, you are 100% in the legal right to put that individual down with deadly force...

Stand your ground also applies to using deadly force to protect other people, not just yourself...
That’s what the 15 year old did, are you Fukkin dumb or being obtuse?? That was HER property, SHE called THEM. The other girls shouldn’t have been on her property threatening her. That stand your own ground doesn’t apply to the police, dumb fuk.

The explaining and failed to address that “stand your own ground law in its application”, applies to citizens in defense of their own property and lives; he low key wrote up a legal dissertation only to have it backfire - you legit just backed the argument as to why she was using the knife. This dude really tried to apply stand your own ground to a police officer . It does not. You were so determined to defend the cop only to completely cancel your own argument because you don’t know legal statutes worth a shyt. That law is for civilians not the police. Thanks for further inadvertently backing our position.

COLUMBUS — Gov. Mike DeWine Monday signed into law a controversial bill that changes Ohio's "stand your ground" policy, expanding the use of firearms in self-defense anywhere someone has the right to be, not just in one's home or vehicle.

Shoot to wound I mean you got the drop right two in the leg or 4 in the chest?
That's not how the law works. If an officer is justified to use his gun in anyway(use of lethal force) then that includes him being able to shoot them in the body as well. If the person dies as a result then that's unfortunate

Her life was not in danger. The girl she tried to stab was standing there posing a threat to no one.

Your right to defend yourself stops when the threat stops.

Are you an expert in Ohio law or you just freestyling?

“Gov. Mike DeWine signed the bill into law in January which made the state the 36th in the nation to no longer require people to retreat before they can justifiably hurt or kill someone with a gun in self-defense.

Previously the law allowed a person to use deadly force in self-defense, so long as they aren’t the aggressor, believe they are in imminent danger of death or great bodily harm and are in their home or vehicle. But the new law dropped the home and vehicle parameters, which could potentially allow a person to use deadly force in public areas if they felt they were in danger.”

The girls made a threat to harm her then came to her home.

All stand your ground laws are not the same.

I suggest you go read Ohio’s version.

I'm just numb to it all. I just pray me & mines make it home safe at the end of the day, and if I do have to have any interaction with the police, I keep it minimal as possible.

When I'm at work, these motherfukkas being trying to say hello or acknowledge me cause we all city workers. Nah fukk you, and fukk that badge & uniform.

Ngga had no bass in his voice. Not gonna control that situation. You need more then one cop for something like this.
Also there were other cops there, if you watch the clip you can see them getting out of vehicles slow as fukk. No indication of urgency from any of them and then once it popped off they did what they are programmed to do. We gotta draw the line on training and programming.

The only one dumb and obtuse are idiots like you that think you can attempt stab somebody in front of police and claim "stand your ground"...

Go ahead and try that and let me know if it works out any different for you than it did her...:mjlol:

For the last time, her age is IRRELEVANT, who called the police is IRRELEVANT and you can't claim stand your ground for property...The only thing RELEVANT is what happened when 12 arrived...She was told to put the knife down. she instead attempted to stab someone and was then put down lawfully...

The girl was acting recklessly. These cops are quick to shoot unarmed black people so they definitely won't hesitate seeing one with a knife about to stab a person.

Her father failed her too because it doesn't look like he was doing anything to help calm the situation.

If someone threatens you then comes to your house, they are serious about their threats.

Ohio law does not require you to wait for someone to make a move before defending yourself.

The threat was presented when they showed up to her doorstep.
