Tasers work only for like 5 seconds. Anyone who carries a taser has to be tased to learn how people would react to being tased. It's like a bad shock and then they person will be very mad.

While it’s true she was trying to stab the girl, you do have the right to protect your castle and defend yourself in Ohio (and most if not all states). That’s what makes this a little more gray area. They were there to jump her apparently.

On the other hand, if you and your people are going to throw hands/knives, don’t call the police and let the chips fall where they may. Or call them after you’ve done what you had to do.

That's the thing the girl with the knife could have been the victim at first but when a cop shows up and you got a knife in your hand attacking somebody you are the aggressor now

I don’t think the reports that she was getting jumped and called the police are accurate.

When the cop pulled up the girl in pink was just standing there looking like she was the one that called.

Then the other girl comes from the house with the knife. That’s not self defense at that point. If she was so afraid she would stay in the house.

I hate that black folks are jumping out the window on this one. Listening to the radio and dude said this is like a “Tamir Rice” situation.

The other girl gone then reply “stabbing someone isn’t a life sentence, police shouldn’t chose who lives or dies”

If she had the knife in her hand to protect herself from these brehettes trying to goon her, first thing you do is get the goons out the paint so she wouldn't need the knife anymore. Or does that make too much sense?

EDIT: yeah, some shyt ain't looking right. When 12 pulls up and you got a knife in your hand looking like you about to attack, you gotta drop dat knife. Police have to do a better job of de-escalation, but a lot of that goes out the window when they see black/brown with a weapon.

You don’t get to run out of your house and stab some one in “self defense” it doesn’t work like that. Those people were outside and not posing a threat at all at the time she attempted to stab her.

In a perfect world maybe the cop could have done more to protect both girls. But split decision with her actively trying to kill the other girl I can’t say the officer was wrong.

On the flip side had he hesitated or tried something else and the girl got stabbed up he would probably be criticized and lose his job for incompetency.

The cops didn't need to be called. There were grown people out there that could had sent the kids home. Why would you attack people when the cops are there.

Like I said before, parents have to do better. They were facing the cops direction, could of easily told her to chill and let them handle it.
