It's insanity. I live in Kansas there are all kinds of rules about building in flood plains. Florida lets people just build anywhere I guess because they assume the government will keep bailing their asses out like they have been. And, the number of people who don't even HAVE insurance I was just fukking around on zillow or something and looked at the floodplain maps of Florida, they got whole ass cities in flood zones.I don’t see how insurance companies can operate in that state for much longer.
