Where the center goes in regards to Tampa will be critical

If it goes south of Tampa, storm surge won’t be as big an issue

But if it goes north of Tampa, all that water from the bay will come onshore

I don’t see how insurance companies can operate in that state for much longer. Florida is getting its ass handed to it.
It's insanity. I live in Kansas there are all kinds of rules about building in flood plains. Florida lets people just build anywhere I guess because they assume the government will keep bailing their asses out like they have been. And, the number of people who don't even HAVE insurance :dahell: I was just fukking around on zillow or something and looked at the floodplain maps of Florida, they got whole ass cities in flood zones.

Then the whole issue with condos not even having to do regular maintenance until they get to the point of collapsing. Florida is a libertarian fukkfest
