Crazy how the internet can be beneficial but also be ruined by trolls. Was just watching a tiktok live. Buddy been doing them past few days for the hurricane. People asking if their cities are safe. He got a map highlighted in red and blue and another color mix with things like hurricane warning, watch, ts warning and watch, etc.

Tell me why motherfukkers asking about cities in the tampa area. :mjlol:

Buddy got pissed and said they wasting his time. He said if you don't know where you located on the map then you got a problem. Of course that's not surprising knowing Floridians. :russ:

One guy asked if he should evacuate if he in the grey and that's all the other states not even in Florida smh. These trolls ridiculous i tell ya.

Bro Apollo Beach is heavily Democrat. I have people that have homes there. I have a property in Brandon which is 20 mn away. I’m really scared and this is the first time I been scared of a hurricane. You can hear it in their voices and their attitude that they feel they may have to start from scratch. It’s not a good feeling.

Im in Riverview breh......... they got ya boy at work still :lupe:

Wawas got police caution tape around the pumps :picard:

The Truth
You're right, gulf would be right into the storm.

He should've sailed through the Atlantic and stopped near Georgia. I can't see him surviving on a boat with large waves. How big do waves typically get? He's as a good as dead.
He said the water in Helene got up to a post that was at least 6 feet above where his boat is now. The prediction is that its supposed to be higher than that

It would have to be how the waves are crashing. The way he angled the boat is smart, you point it towards the waves I think to prevent capsizing (I was Navy but I wasn't driving boats so not my biggest point of expertise) instead of on its side or sides to the waves.. he specifically said that in the clip.

Will he survive… I say it’s probably 50/50 chance and maybe he likes those odds compared to being on the street and losing everything he owns by ditching it.

Being out in the water may make it harder for a lil boat like that to stay in position compared to tied to a pier. Like I said on ships we just head towards that bytch and away from land to avoid other boats, debri, being forced inland if parked and anchors/moors fail, etc

Hey guys, my sister-in-law and my niece and nephew live in Sanford. They refuse to leave. I'm so worried, but she got really snippy with me when I asked her about evacauting. Does anyone live near there or in Florida know if it's supposed to hit Orlando or the Sanford area? Maybe I'm worried for nothing but I just hate how nonchalant she's being about this.
As long as she is mot in a flood zone she will be straight. The storm will be weak by the time it reaches her.
