Okay so here’s the thing, the unusual things about these Hurricanes are that they’re strengthening upon landfall, and it’s like every major gulf hurricane has done that, I’m not sure why but it’s been a 6-7 year trend, brown ocean effect is becoming increasingly normal.

This stuff goes in cycles though, Florida got hit by Charley, Frances, Jeanne, Ivan, Dennis, and Wilma in back to back year and then there was a decade long drought of Florida hurricanes, and now it’s busy again.

Like here in Alabama, I haven’t experienced a major Hurricane since Ivan and Dennis and again that was in 04 and 05.
