I've had more success getting hired by Indians than white folks early in my career. White folks do too much passive aggressive BS during interviews, whereas Indians are a little more "fair" in the interview process, in my experience.

I remember getting "hired" for a job by an Indian, only to get a nonsense "cultural fit" interview by a white senior manager after I called the recruiter and asked about the status of the offer letter.

White folks would MUCH rather have Raghavan on their team over Rayshawn, they're definitely lying.
