That's my second choice.
Mad Men is just so....confident. Everything is so well crafted, on every level. The casting, writing, editing, set design. It's just brilliant.
They make exceptional scenes with deep meaning and don't even point it out. Like the opening scene of the 2nd episode this year, with Don getting suited up just to meet Dawn for a 3 minute meeting in his apartment.
It's just awesome.

They're not even comparable.
Its just a better made show IMO.

Yep that's my top four too, the Americans is making a good run. With another season or two at this level it can be up there too.
