Maca balances out hormones in women. Red and black maca is good for women. Good for cramps, regular ovulation , libido enhancer. I am not sure about fatter asses :lupe:

Be careful of taking these two together.
Good advice. I avoid anything with Yohimbe. Yohimbe alone makes you feel like shyt afterwards but with a rock hard boner and has your heart racing, combined with caffeine I would imagine anyone taking that combo being like this

don't really like powdered forms of things since i'll have to measure the dosages myself (need to know how much mg to take to breh) but if you can link it i'll cop, otherwise its gonna be in a pill form

Truth. I also avoid ephedrine/caffeine/ aspirin stack for the same reason. Had my heart beating fast like crazy, not to mention serious difficulty to breathe :camby:

No homo, but men tend to loose rigidity due to age, fatigue,stress,circulation issues or substance abuse. I don't know your situation but most often its stress related or circulation issues. I would find ways to reduce stress like meditate, drink non caffeinated teas etc. No more caffeine. In terms of circulation try natural ways to improve circulation . I love eating celery as a snack or juicing it with parsley plus, exercise and do more cardio. Get more nitric oxide in your system also.

I take this dosage, every day, all day. I drink a lot of water and must have food in my stomach.

Currently taking daily
100 mg Zinc, I am gonna increase to 150mg for a few weeks
Saw Palmetto/Pygeum (for that okra slime precum and increase semen)
4000 mg L-Arginine
Magnesium

I also take some other stuff workouts but may have some good stacking potential like for instance I am cycling AHD Elite which is a testosterone booster, estrogen blocker and Aminolast

skeets what do you use for an estrogen blocker?
