How long have you been taking those pills? Do you take them during the day or at night?
I think zinc makes your mouth dry. Keep drinking, close 2 gal of water every day.

So guys ive been upping my zinc to 150mg - 200mg while dropping the copper for 2 days. And i have to say im not experiencing the stomach rumbles anymore from high zinc dosages, my energy is at an all time high, my balls get fulls quick, and my nut is snow white. I think the copper mayb no bueno.

Ill update but can any1 back this up? The feeling is very similar to consuming a high beef diet, im XTRA charged up...

Bruh be careful, too much Zinc can cause a copper deficiency and you're taking 150mg-200mg a day??

I know everyone's body is different but I wouldn't advise that for anyone. especially if you're getting Zinc from other food sources.

I only take 30mg-60mg a day and that works for me. That's maybe because it's Zinc combined with copper and not taking it separately.

Like I said, just be careful fam.

Yeah, no doubt. Im just doing a test run trying to figure out a new dosage. But im so confused. The feeling is similar to a high beef diet. Yet i no longer get the rumbles/shyts like i did when i was taking 150mg of zinc + 6mg of copper.

Imma keep it up cuz im feeling great, but i going to figure out a plan to cycle my dosaging so i dont develop a copper defiency.

The zinc is by far the granddaddy of them all at the moment. I honestly think i could drop everything else now. If youve ever eaten a diet high in beef, it will feel somewhat similar.

Mega dosing zinc by Clamburglar

Precautions:

Pure Zinc is actually fairly toxic in high amounts and if taken improperly it can kill you, or give you a very horrible experience called zinc toxicity.

The best way to avoid zinc toxicity is to space out your doses and MAKE SURE YOU EAT SOMETHING.

I have personally taken 50mg of zinc on virtually an empty stomach (toast and milk) consistently, so If you are taking larger amounts than 50 mg (one pill typically). Then I would make sure to have a meal in your stomach.

Most people in mega dose range will be taking about 4 pills a day I would not recommend taking more than 3 pills at one time. I know of a person who took 250mg on an empty stomach and had the worst day of his life with vomiting and intense stomach pains, so don't be him because it is also possible to die.

Some adverse side effects to also be aware of are dry mouth (drink ~1 gallon of water a day), increased anger, and unsafe amounts of gains in the gym.

I am not an angry person, but when on zinc small things can agitate me (this is a testosterone side effect), but not to the point where I will want to kill someone. It is more of slight aggressive switch that can easily be turned on, so If you get angry easy this might not be good for you.

By unsafe gains I mean when megadosing you will be able to lift more weight than usual to the point where your ligaments and tendons cannot keep up with the increase in strength you muscles are getting. I have personally tore a ligament in my bicep and my friend has tore a ligament in his chest while megadosing because you can lift so much more than usual. My recommendation is to write down your current weight lifted and try to go slower on your reps and only increase 5 pounds every other week to limit yourself to prevent injury. Due to the nature of zinc and the testosterone boosting you won't have to lift a different amount of weight to look bigger.

Also, zinc megadosing can mess with skin health, so It would be a good idea to pick up some vitamin D and make sure to get some sun.

Other little things this should be cycled one month on and one month off because Zinc is a bully and depletes you of certain minerals such as copper. Other possible side effects that have been shownare higher cholesterol after 3 weeks of taking doses 50mg and higher. There has been people who after extended use have complained about hair loss/thinning (no source). The longest known steak I have seen is a friend of a friend was on this for 3 months. I would not recommend this length of time, but If you forget to get off after exactly a month you won't die.

Why You Should Megadose:

Megadosing increases free testosterone by 40%. This means you will be able to lift more, your muscles will swell, and your loads will be absolutely massive (you might start to think OG Mudbone isn't fake).

This has been tested scientifically here and used to increase fertility in non-fertile males (see massive loads for proof).

This level of testosterone will make you feel like a God pretty consistently and you will want to take it forever. Typically I felt great throughout the day and had increased drive ect, but when I stepped foot into the gym I became the MOTHERfukkING GOD-KING. It is a very awesome feeling and really brings out your inner dominance.

The problems arise, in that, it is very hard to stop yourself. I started doing 4 sets of 10 with 20lbs on my preacher curls and two and a half weeks into my dose I was reping 35s and and my third set I grabbed 40s and grabbed 45s for my last set. The problem was I probably could have done 45s all 4 sets, but midway during my set of 40s I started feeling pain in my bicep and I ignored it. After doing the 45s the pain was really bad and I could actually feel the split in my tendon, so don't be like me and stop yourself when you feel pain because you can push your body way over its limits, which is why megadosing is awesome and slightly dangerous. You just have to stay within predefined limits of your skeletal structure. In the event you do feel pain, quit lifts that use that muscle and wait a couple weeks and when you do go back try and drop weight (This is for slight pain). I should note I am not a doctor, but with fairly substantial pain you will be looking at a month or two in recovery time. If you completely tear a ligament or tendon then go to a hospital (this will be very noticeable you need a doctor).

How To Megadose

A megadose, like used in the study, is 3mg of zinc per kg of your bodyweight this means if you weigh 150lbs then your weight in kg is ~68 and when that is multiplies by three you should be taking 200mg of zinc a day which is ~4 pills of normal 50mg doses. You could split this up and take 100mg with a large meal and two 50mg doses with a smaller meal. The effects typically show up and plateau after the fist week and a half of dosing.

Overall you need to be careful when taking zinc, but it can be a lot of gains in a short period of time and a great fukking feeling to dose. If you are financially able it would be worth it to get your test levels checked before and during the dose (two weeks in to be safe). Most people are deficient in zinc, so you will benefit just from taking 50mg a day. The effects of zinc will just be less and the precautions will be basically none unless you have a weak stomach, or are worried about a change in cholesterol.

Cliffs:

-zinc is powerful and dangerous

-A cycle plan is a must

-50mg of zinc aint shyt, just as i thought and have been experiencing.

-copper is useless if you cycle

-15mg zinc per 100g of steak, now i know why it feels just like a high beef diet

-most of my other supplements are going to be cycled off of zinc from now on, will develop a new supplementation cycle soon.

shyt taste HORRIFYING with water but it works. That being said I switched to L-Citrulline it converts to L Arginine in the body doesn't get wasted in the absorption process. I think only 20% Of L Arginine is absorbed, while 80% of L Citrulline/L Arginine is absorbed and it doesn't give you the shyts in high dosage.
