zinc- have a 50mg saved is this to low, to high or just right?
Magnesium-400mg saved
Copper-keep on seeing 2mg

Get the smallest amount. You may not be able to deal with the taste so no need to invest heavy without trying it first._

-zinc is powerful and dangerous

-A cycle plan is a must

-50mg of zinc aint shyt, just as i thought and have been experiencing.

-copper is useless if you cycle

-15mg zinc per 100g of steak, now i know why it feels just like a high beef diet

-most of my other supplements are going to be cycled off of zinc from now on, will develop a new supplementation cycle soon.

Currently taking daily
100 mg Zinc, I am gonna increase to 150mg for a few weeks
Saw Palmetto/Pygeum (for that okra slime precum and increase semen)
4000 mg L-Arginine
Magnesium

I also take some other stuff workouts but may have some good stacking potential like for instance I am cycling AHD Elite which is a testosterone booster, estrogen blocker and Aminolast

100MG ZINC?! you better be taking copious amounts of copper with that so the levels arent depleted. i always read they say dont exceed 50mg

There is one by OptiZinc thats got 30mg zinc monomethionine (one of if not the best absorbtion rate), and 300mcg copper in one pill to keep your levels equal.

zinc, fatty meats (salmon, beef), whole eggs, olive/coconut oil, peanuts./ peanut butter, and most importantly sunight will have your virility skyrocketed. and water of course

Edit: Now that i think about it, with all the beef and eggs I eat, along with the 30mg zinc and 15 in the multi, I might be around 80mg or so.

Yeah, no doubt. Im just doing a test run trying to figure out a new dosage. But im so confused. The feeling is similar to a high beef diet. Yet i no longer get the rumbles/shyts like i did when i was taking 150mg of zinc + 6mg of copper.

Imma keep it up cuz im feeling great, but i going to figure out a plan to cycle my dosaging so i dont develop a copper defiency.
what kind of zinc are you taking?

too be honest i cant tell

i always feel energized

but I also take colon and liver cleanse daily so I feel the effects of substances more

so the yohimbe and I also take caffeine pills make me feel energized(even after hours of cardio and working out)

Be careful of taking these two together.
