I don't gotta read every page in a book to get the point. I skimmed it. You're the only one going back and forth in here, most of the posts are yours and you're debating ppl that agreed with the premise in the OP.

If what I said about you was inaccurate I'm either confusing you with someone else or have no idea who you are. What I do know is that you're defending Kendrick like no other in this thread..

I understand your position, now, though. Thanks to our talk. You love Kendrick as a rapper and think he's great, and you don't like Lupe. So that explains why you're so invested in here.

Please stop quoting me. You're a weirdo. Continue being my secret stan but please don't quote me anymore. You're weird. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Lol since you refuse to answer,

You do realize punchlines were a trendy thing that isn't nearly as prevalent in rap now as it was during that time period
A.Post relevant questions and I will answer them ...

B.Trendy? Lol ...A punchline is not something exclusive to rapping it is a type of literary device used in all forms of creative writing that has been relevant not only now especially with the proliferation of battle rap seeping into the mainstream ..but since the early years of hip hop .... go sit down somewhere have a lunchable and educate yourself off one of your tablets crazy ass millennials

This thread reaction is gold... the butthurt :laff::laff::laff:

This is why Lupe is good for hip hop. He brings the fukkery needed, always going out of his way to stir up some shyt tryna bait nikkas

Shiiiit, I’d be satisfied with Ab-Soul throwing jabs at his mentor in K Dot’s stead. :lolbron:

Jay z is not a punchline rapper and never has been...

Kendrick is a great song writer but not an elite lyricist.. Nothing wrong with that..

He doesn't do metaphors nor does he give you those wisdom bars of say a Styles, Scarface or Sigel..

this is true. Swimming pools is a perfect example of Kendrick's song writing ability.

BUT lupe can do that while being the better lyricist.
