Exactly. Pats are gonna have trouble since they 1. Don't get consistent pressure with their 4 man front 2. Haven't played an offense as talented or multiple as we are. We're light years ahead of what Pittsburgh & Houston are offensively

Offensively they haven't played a defense as fast as us. HOU came close and we saw what happened when HOU got to Brady, they made him look mediocre

I already got us 34-27, it'll be a great chess match to see how Beli tries to slow us down on offense and what Quinn has for NE and McDaniels on defense

You're overestimating your defense. Yeah y'all have speed but y'all are still green. The Steelers had a fast young hot defense with shazier and bud Dupree too but you saw what happened to them :yeshrug:. Plus atl plays a lot of zone. Brady eats that. The defense y'all played against the packers won't be enough vs the patriots cause we actually have a running threat. Packers were a one dimensional team with the wheels falling off. Packers ran like 3 times all first half against a team that allowed the 7th highest ypc in the NFL :francis:. We'll be able to run the ball enough to keep your defenders honest. Plus Brady just saw a better version of this defense in the super bowl 2 years ago. And no offense to Beasley and those boys but they ain't LOB (even a gimpy lob). And realistically speaking Atls defense isn't close to Houstons defense if we are being 100:ld:

Respect to the atl offense tho. Will definitely be the hardest offensive we've faced by far. Weapons for days and ICE is playing at another level. But you gotta remember who your dealing with. Bill has a long history of dealing with historic offenses (Jim Kelly's bills, Greatest show on turf).

I think it's gonna be a close game in typical NE super bowl fashion. Can't wait to see who wins

It cant be understated either. Atlanta is a problem for sure but Bill does this. Not saying hes bout to shut down ATL but I think its reasonable to believe ATL wont come out in the first quarter and put up 21 like it feels like some people expect

You haven't watched if you think all we play is zone. We operate out of a 3 deep zone, but we also go man. We won't be as undisciplined as Pittsburgh was or as stubborn and stay in a defense that's not working. The Falcons also bring pressure from a variety of places, corner, LBs and with our front 4. We rarely blitz, but we can get home against a solid but unimpressive Pats OL. Y'all's run game is an interesting problem with Blount & Lewis, but I feel we can matchup with that off the line and offensively if we can get off to a fast start

Offensively IDK what y'all do to stop us. If you think doubling Julio stops this offense then you're in trouble. No ones playing better than Matt and our backs are as talented catching the ball as they are running it. Just too many weapons for us

I know yall mix it up but you do play a lot of zone. And when you go man im still not worried tbh. Pretty sure atl was like 28-29th in pass defense. As much as I think you guys have improved in that area in recent weeks, its just not enough to scare Tom Brady:yeshrug:. And as for blitzing from a variety of places, Tom is the best QB in the game at identifying the blitz. Thats playing with fire. And you also have to consider Tom having probably the fastest release in the game. Last year we probably had the second worst oline next to yours and we still made it to the AFC ship because of his release. Plus you say the pats oline is unimpressive but the falcons d line 6th lowest amount of pressures in the league this year. Other than Vic that pass rush isnt really scary at all. They did well against the Packers but the packers were one dimensional as hell and dont know how to pick up a disguised blitz at all. If we establish the run, and even if we dont i'm confident in a tom brady led offense.

And offensively yall are a problem for sure but we dont have to stop you. Just slow you down. And Beli is one of the best defensive minds of alltime. If anyone can do it he can. And we have the defensive line to make you one dimensional imo. I think we shut down the run with 4 then play 7 in coverage with a double on julio and make Matt ryan have to beat us while trying to goad him into mistakes :yeshrug:. And by halftime if its not working theres no one in the game I trust more to make an adjustment than Bill :beli:

Many teams have tried that approach and as I've kept telling folks it doesn't work, not now. Maybe earlier in the season, but Matt's been at this elite level so long he's not making many mistakes. I don't think you appreciate how dominant this offense has been lately, out of 16 offensive possessions, we've scored 13 times (10 TDs, 3 FGS,) we've scored a TD on the opening drive 8 straight games. We're averaging 35 a game. Y'all gonna have a hard time keeping up if you don't have a better strategy than that

Your offense is great but you have to also consider the fact that y'all also had the benefit of playing NO, GB, and Carolina 2 times each. 3 of the top 5 worst pass defenses in the league. Even last game GB dropped 2 ints and blew a fumble recovery. The patriots will capitalize on those chances. I'm a matt Ryan Stan but the super bowl is a different beast. I don't think it's a forgone conclusion he comes out at his best. I'm not saying it won't be hard but I'm fairly confident in bill's ability to at least slow y'all down. And if we can run the ball on the other side and sustain drives and keep your offense off the field (something gb and Seattle couldn't do) I think we can slow your offense down. After seeing top offensive after top offense get slowed down in the Super Bowl you should know it's never as easy as it seems on paper. This may be the best offense the pats have had to face this year but it's not the best offense bill has had to try to stop. I'm gonna trust that mans track record and assume he can at least keep y'all a td under your average. And if we can I have zero doubt that Tom can win a shootout against an average young defense

Who's the best offense y'all have played this year? Buffalo? Pittsburgh? (Statistically they were tied for ninth). You talk about a top defense but y'all are playing garbage offenses all for most of the season

They just had Boston Globe columnist Dan Shaunnessy on the radio here and he said something interesting: he didn't know how good this Patriots team is b/c y'all haven't really played anybody. Now I'm not blaming y'all for beating who you have to play but if we're looking at it objectively why would I be nervous when y'all haven't really been tested this season and haven't played an offense anywhere close to what you're gonna see in 2 weeks?

The texans defense is significantly better than the Falcons defense and the patriots offense scored 27 points in that game
