Atl is also in many ways the comolete opposite of boston...up here its all about the four major sports teams, down there its alot of college and to some degree high school teams...pro teams just are not as popular from what I have seen...i mean Falcons are probably like the 7th most popular team in the area.

You are partially correct. College and high school sports are big here but the Falcons are the biggest team in the ATL area, you could argue UGA is up there or exceeds them in overall popularity, but I feel like the Falcons are #1 in the state. #7 is like Georgia Tech hoops or some shyt
