I've been shytting on Kidd all season and I have to eat some crow on that.
Kyrie's turnaround and professionalism since being on the Mavericks can probably be partially attributed to Kidd's leadership
(Luka's Game 5 performance as well.)
You can see some of that in this video.

I still have issues with his use of timeouts and substitutions (THJ and Maxi's injuries probably made him finally adapt)
but he's made 2 conference finals in 3 years and his intangibles attributed to that.
