And then he waived his trade kicker once he got to Dallas. That's kinda wild as he was blindsided with no choice of team and the money could comfort the situation...and ease the transition to set up shop in Dallas much quicker.

I think it's 50/50 Kyrie leaves after the season. There's gonna be a weird energy around Dallas the rest of the season and maybe for years.

I wonder if the trade kicker is the kind of thing Klutch would eat the cost on to make one of their big clients happier in this situation. mavs still get the cap reduction, but AD $5 million he'd usually pay Klutch from his salary.

AD gets to look good and the Mavs owe Klutch a favor. or something.
