What’s wild is he can be a good defender(and was touted as a plus defender coming out of school). I understand conserving energy for offense but he’s a turnstile defensively and a black hole offensively, yikes. How are you gonna build a contending team around him?

He never had the standing reach needed in the NBA and he puts so much energy into his offense, his defense suffers. Mitchell has the Melo syndrome. Where his main skill is scoring as a #1 option but he doesn't bring nothing else to the table.
