I just don't get how, with the history of this company and black wrestlers, people can reduce Kofi's lack of opportunities to not "wanting it enough." As if that's how the E determines their pushes.

Guys like Dolph and Ryder get KILLED on here for being vocal about their positions - Kofi has been the ultimate professional all the way through, and he's "content with where he is."

It's not to say he's this transcendent star waiting to break out, but as stated, but it'd be nice to see a guy like him get the same exploratory pushes and fresh storylines that guys on his level have gotten. Hopefully PG Nation is the start of that.

Exactly, Kofi's got a wife and kid to support and cats want him to pop off like zack or Dolph demanding a push:mjlol:

Don't forget, he had a real corporate job before the wrestling shyt, in racist ass Boston:lolbron:... I'm sure Kofi learned a long time ago how corporate politics work. Mvp left once he saw he was NEVER getting a belt run no matter how over he was and he started to become the angry black man, Kofi just navigates the game like a professional:yeshrug:

Getting away from delusional virgins stanning relentlessly for Shelton Botchamin....

It's one thing to be content in your position, which I could imagine he is (multiple title reigns, probably makes decent money, etc.). Great athlete that hasn't been derailed by injuries.

It's just odd that they wouldn't do more with him. Other than HHH calling out his accent going away, I can't for the life of me think of one memorable promo the guy has been a part of in 7 years. Truly baffling that they haven't tried putting him in legit angles that could elevate him up the card.

I don't know if dissastisfied makes sense.

To me he's a good mid level guy, he had one big shining singles moment that never cashed out (Orton at MSG)

Aside from that he's been the big RR spot or Ladder spot.

I think he, like Zigler, never really developed that main event level character or mic work

I think Kofi would be good with one of the major titles, and I think he'll still get one at least once in his career...but unless the E gets behind him in that spot, he wouldn't hold that belt for long.

I feel like Kofi is just one of those happy to be here ass nikkas :yeshrug: he doesn't really care enough to put himself on creatives radar or come up with his own character and storylines. Of course, this is just a theory of mine I could be wrong. He's probably content with his position though. Vince seems to reward loyalty so maybe he'll get a world title run late in his career on some Mark Henry shyt :ehh:

I made this at kofi's lowest point...he made now :wow:
