The difference between these lifts is the level of core involvement and the posterior/anterior activation.
Low bar requires very good shoulder mobility. But the bar is closer to your center of gravity, and it hits the posterior more...
High bar hits the anterior and posterior equally and has more core involvement.
Front squat targets the anterior (quads) more and requires a very strong core because you are supporting so much weight anteriorly. You also need very mobile lats because you much kee your elbows driven in the air while supporting the barbell
