I use to love regular squats but now that I have hip bursitis and my back tightens up from time to time I do front squats more.

Bout to check out that hip belt tho. I'm assuming you can use it for dips and pull ups too, right @Malta ?

It's a good investment, no matter how good my form was my back would always feel like shyt doing squats.
its the disc compression, all squats/deads will be taxing to your spine/CNS even with good form

Correctly performed zercher squats (meaning below parallel) are so slept on. I'm about to enter 400s territory with them.

You can load up like 10 plates if you get a big enough loading pin, but you don't need to use as much weight since the weight is directly on your quads and takes your back out of it completely.

I use the iron mind super squat belt :blessed:

You still rocking the belt or have you gone back to barbell squats?
