More days in the gym doesn't mean a better body. You really only need to do 2 intense full-body workouts per week to maximize muscle hypertrophy. The real key is eating right and getting 7+ hours of sleep a night. Proper nutrition and adequate rest is what takes your physique to the next level. Not spending more time in the gym.
how do people post this kind of drivel?

post a picture of your "twice a week" bs body and I'll show you the difference.
diet and sleep arf crucial.. but you gotta train 5/6 days a week (with varying intensity) to look incredible.
your way will have a person looking "decent"
