wake up at 4am, be training by 4:30am at the gym, by 6:30h you would've done 30min of cardio and an hour of training.On the topic of 6 days a week thing. I guess it depends on the body but I think I read an article where it's actually better to go 5-6 days a week and do good sessions than go 2-3x a week and go all out. Like an hour for 5 days, is better than 2 hour sessions 2 times per week.
I'd love to do 5/6 days a week, but i gotta work my way up. I can only do 3/4, get too tired throughout the week
