diet and sleep arf crucial.. but you gotta train 5/6 days a week (with varying intensity) to look incredible.
your way will have a person looking "decent"

I have a similar build as MBJ, I’ve been feeling small lately. From the comments it looks like I just have body dysmorphia. I’m still a weak piece of shyt though :mjcry:

On the topic of 6 days a week thing. I guess it depends on the body but I think I read an article where it's actually better to go 5-6 days a week and do good sessions than go 2-3x a week and go all out. Like an hour for 5 days, is better than 2 hour sessions 2 times per week.

I'd love to do 5/6 days a week, but i gotta work my way up. I can only do 3/4, get too tired throughout the week

Didn't know Lori was built like that, though. Crazy, no tattoos :blessed:

wake up at 4am, be training by 4:30am at the gym, by 6:30h you would've done 30min of cardio and an hour of training.

you should be able to get to your slave job on time still. keep that up for at least 3 months... only then can we talk again.

So you use PEDs?

Before the advent of steriods, this is how bodybuilders trained. Full-body workouts 2-3 days per week.

And FYI looking "incredible" depends on conditions and lighting. The same physique can look okay in one type of lighting without a pump and "incredible" in another type of lighting after a pump.
