I was born in 00’ but how was this group that big?

One of them nikkas in that group was 30 :mjlol:

Than there was one that looked like an Italian father at 25 :mjlol:

And than there was one nikka in the group who didn’t need to announce he wasn’t from Harlem, it was clear what dude liked:mjlol:

How were they ever big as a boy band
What’s even funnier is Eminem singlehandedly ended that era. He roasted the shyt out of them on every single. One minute boy bands was all over and the next every white boy wore baggy jeans and wanted to rap. :russ:

Yo grade school girls and highschool girls used to idolize these dudes. If you didn't see the boy band era then the most accurate description is like Male Taylor Swift's with a young audience. Nutty fans who would skip school to buy the CDs on release date and they would sell millions. It's hard to believe now. Also similar to K pop fans. The way Kpop groups are made came directly from that shyt
The release day for no strings attached was fukking crazy. Girls were skipping school to get that shyt on tuesday, and EVERY SINGLE ONE had it…shyt was teenage girl thriller status

I don't know about that. Nsync was still making hits after Eminem blow up. The shift went from boys bands to solo careers of former boy band singers

They had hits but their last album in 2001 was just a Justin show preparing for his solo career. It wasn’t cool anymore to be a boy band like it was from 1995-2000. Once Eminem made a video of him chasing them down and rubbing his ass on Justin’s face the boy band fad was over. Remember Real Slim Shady went on to win a Grammy and video of the year. Which is a corny ass song in retrospect but that’s how sick of teeny bopper bands people were.

That’s how I remember it anyway.
