Well, no major players from WWE are tryna get to NJPW.
Well, no major players from WWE are tryna get to NJPW.
You can't say the same in reverse.
You can call it whatever label you want, but NJPW isn't in the same stratosphere as WWE in any way. If WWE is major leagues, what would that make NJPW?![]()
u enjoy racists winning?I legit was shocked and that was enough for me to enjoy the Rumble, I was certain Takkker, who's beyond washed, was a lock to win it
Bryan would be working in NJPW right now. Punk always preferred NJPW.
Brock and Hogan went (after WWF/E) and Bryan may go past 2018
And the promotion has definitely grown past few years. Nothing is mainstream big as WWE but as an alternative its the probably the best with a good revenue business model
They didn't leave WWE specifically to go to Japan, it was just something they did to make money briefly after leaving. It's not like any big star in WWE is like "man I gotta get to NJPW, that's the place to be"![]()
Only reasonwould be in NJPW is because they'll let him work with his life-threatening concussion issues.
Punk spent his prime years in WWE, has he ever even wrestled in NJPW? Pointless argument
Granted mitigating circumstances certainly forced CM Punk, Hulk Hogan, Brock Lesnar and Daniel Bryan to imply or say they would
But I would say as WWE continues to sterilize their product and overscript with 50/50 booking and part timers would you honestly be surprised of someone major would
.....assume they would be any big stars left.
Yes, Punk was ready to leave WWE in 2011. He was going to go to NJPW. Vince offered him more money and a promise that he would be "the big dog"

Are you basing this off of Punk's "pipebomb" promo where he said he might go to New Japan (along with like 3 other places)?![]()
I'm basing it off his own words since he has left WWE![]()
