Styles Cena wasn't better because Cena does the AA way too much, omega didn't hit the one wing angle not one time. All Cena does is kick out of big moves and go for his Aa. Also wwe matches go for pins too much like we know after a top rope splash the match won't be over. But njpw matches you never know when the match will end.

I havent watched wrestling in ten. Got back into it at wm 30 and watch like 5 raws a year since.

I watched old jap stuff from 90s/00s but mostly from the gaijens. Vaders run. Steiners. Hulks run. Bam bam. I watched all brocks matches there. Hayabusa and hakushi (jinsei suziki i forget how to spell his last name). I enjoy the physical jap style but most of the wrestlers never caugjtbmy attention minus a handful.

I didnt say i did know much about njpw. What i said is they arent in the global bracket that wwe is and that is correct. I could name every member of the bullet club even tho ive only watched 3 njpw ppvs in past 5 years. I only know of these guys thru podcasts ive listened to.

I just dint think these guys have the name recognition to the casual fan the way some making it out in here.

U dont have to watch UK wrestling to know the UK promotion isnt in the same league as wwf.

I dont have to watch tna to know they a distant 2 in america to wwe and thats a stretch as roh is prolly 2.

Enough of a draw that they're expanding into the US. And that's the point. With New Japan making a play at touring more in the US as well as their partnerships with other companies its a viable alternative to the WWE more and more.
