So you're saying biracial people like shytty rap music :pachaha: ?
Obviously not every biracial person is a cornball, but I’m saying there is a significant portion of biracial folks who love to talk about being biracial and for those folks, Logic is their 2Pac

I could go my whole life without listening to a Logic track

only joint he had that I remotely fukk with was the one with Juicy J and French Montana and it would have been better if Logic himself wasn't on it :yeshrug:

NGL but I find this hard to believe. Has his music even made $60-80 million in profits for anyone over his entire career....and now it's gonna do that decades after the fact and dated? If they had said $10-15 million it would have made more sense. But I don't know anything about the industry.

You know what, I think this was just misinformation based off a misreading. All the articles I'm seeing just say "8 figure deal", they don't say $60-80 million. That seems to be just a rumor that got spread.

And look at this article:

By making the deal, Logic joins the likes of Future and more.

In September 2022, the rapper sold his publishing catalog for a reported eight figures, as previously reported by AfroTech. It was estimated that his catalog had the potential to fetch anywhere between $65 million to $75 million, per Billboard.

That article says that FUTURE's catalog earned that dough, not Logic. It also says that Influence Media Partners has a $750 million fund to spend on buying catalogs. I'm really supposed to believe they spent 10% of their entire fund on Logic alone? I wonder if someone read the article too fast and thought "the rapper" referred to Logic, when it clearly refers to Future. Or they're just trolling.

He didn't sell $60-80 million. He almost certain sold for just a little more than $10 million and that's why they're using "8 figures" as the touchpoint.
