If you live in a country with rules, there is no need to defend it. You simply show your title.

Some of you really are ignorant fukks. I'd pick the 40k month because it would make me more than happy. It is a pointless thing to risk.

The 500 acres of land isn't useless though. Even if you were to just sell it, it'd get you a nice sum of cash.

The location of the 500 acres is all that matters when considering that option. Doesn’t really matter if you know how to develop it or not, the value is in the land itself.

Cheapest areas in the US average over $4k per acre. I’m easily taking the 500 acres if theres just any assurance that it will be usable.
