Breh I'm on some rebuilding and prosperity steez at these dire times. Even when I have the means, I am so selfless because I'm not taking the money and material to the grave with me. Best option? If you have a few million+ dollars in the bank, the 500 acres might be the better play. You're already flush with liquidity, so you need asset diversity. Adding that much land to your portfolio and having the money to actually "do something" (i.e, develop) with it is too good to pass up.
