Ive noticed it at the gym. They use the gym for showers and sleep overnight since the gym is 24/7

shyt's been rough and only getting worse.

It was a coli breh couple years ago who documented his stay at a gym because he was now homeless..said some cacs figured it out and tried to give him shyt for it.

Shoe cobblers are back in the money too..cheaper these days to repair than purchase.

Rent prices plain and simple. Then you have these mortgage companies hoarding all the properties and kicking tenants out. Which is why u see people randomly post that they're looking for anything under a certain amount within 30 days because the landlord sold the house and they have to go smh

My area been hit since Covid. Waves of people who are 1 check away will continue to wash up as more and more safety nets are cut away. Keep a strong circle brehs. You might have to catch someone or vice versa. We gonna see some free falls
