here's what most likely happened.

tray confronts zimmer for stalking him, like any other person would do.
zimmer acts hard thinking tray would back down
tray being the young rebel doesn't give a fukk and starts fighting zimmer
zimmer gets beat takes out his gun and shoots the kid.

zimmer most likely shot the gun out of self defense.

The prosector has not been able to prove the contrary so far. These witnesses aren't helping at all.

Naw...trey had the legal right to stand his ground, and defend himself from a threat. The law does not allow for one to shoot and kill someone who is getting the better of you in a fight you provoked. If that were the case, anyone could arm themselves, go start a fight with someone they didnt like, and then shoot once he ate a punch or two. Did gz have a reasonable fear his life was in danger? Who was the aggressor? Did gz disengage from the confrotation when he had a chance, or did he shoot out of retribution for getting hands put on him? These are questions this trial is trying to answer, and dna will play a large role, because there was no gz dna present on trey.
