Considering that the prosecution has the burden of disproving Zimmerman's self-defense... I don't think it's looking good for them THUS FAR.

There's no proof as to who was the initial aggressor or why the right to self-defense DID NOT shift (in Zimmerman's favor) during the "scuffle".
