Yeah that’s felony murder. I was involved in a case where two dudes pulled up to a guy putting gas in a brand new Benz GT. One dude got out the passenger seat and tried to take it. Dude pumping the gas tried to stop him and he pulled out the strap. Then another guy who happened to be walking out the store saw what was going on and got into a shootout with the thief. The thief lost and died at the scene. The driver (his man)who drove him to the gas station was charged with Felony Murder in that he was an accomplice to the attempted carjacking.

Some eager prosecutor is going to get fed up with black on black urban crime and start targeting the parents of these youths.
Watch. I guarantee it’s gonna happen sooner or later.
They’re gonna see this example of mass shooting suspects parents being held accountable, and say “hey I want to bring down crime in [insert city] so we’re going after the parents of these violent teens”
Don’t act surprised…its more likely now to happen than ever before.

..its a reason why some criminals don't involve their wives in their activities (black mother) whereas if the wife is actively involved (cac father providing weapons) they can get locked up
