You’re missing the point.

Some eager prosecutor is going to get fed up with black on black urban crime and start targeting the parents of these youths.

Watch. I guarantee it’s gonna happen sooner or later.

They’re gonna see this example of mass shooting suspects parents being held accountable, and say “hey I want to bring down crime in [insert city] so we’re going after the parents of these violent teens” :francis:

Don’t act surprised…it’s more likely now to happen than ever before.
You’re right, there are prosecutors who would love to do this. The problem is there’s a huge difference in just having a bad kid vs. actually SUPPLYING your kid with a gun, which in itself is a crime because a 14 year old cannot legally own a gun. Both cases we have seen this year involved the Dad giving his kid a gun as a gift even after having knowledge the kid had some mental issues.

I'll never forget when Columbine happened, I was a year out of high school working at an electronic store kinda like Circuit City so the shooting was on all our TVs. I live in Colorado so obviously it was even bigger in state but anyway, the car audio installation guy comes in and he didn't even know what was happening and he sees us all watching the tvs and goes holy shyt they are shooting up the school? "fukking gang bangers! They need to drop all the fukkeds into the ocean! You know its these gang members"

I remember telling him, bro this is happening in Littleton (ain't no fukking gangs in Littleton CO, just rich cacs).

So afterwards we find out the two cacs did it dude was talking way different on some, "Those kids needed help. They were bullied. This is so sad...etc".

My wife went to middle school briefly with Isaiah Scholes, the bruh who was killed. And if you remember when the kids were being interviewed the one girl said they shot him because he was black. Her exact quote was "and they shot the black kid because he was black." RIP.

Cacs gonna cac.

I'm pissed reading this. That guy should get punched in his face by anyone. Hopefully he gets killed by another white man but doesn't die instantly so he can process his death.

:deadrose: so there saying he was trans
that was from an impersonation twitter started by a 4klan troll, cnn reported he hated trans folk

this isn't true, the only prohibition is that minors can't buy firearms from ffl holders. children of any age can (federally, and in most states) legally purchase long guns from a private seller or unlicensed entity, pay with their own money, and gain full ownership interest.

Whenever a white kid shoots up a school the Right will claim that they're trans to try and push a narrative that it's the lefts fault. Just a new blame game the right plays now with every shooting.

It could be dudes who look like Axl Rose or Jon Bon Jovi in their primes and they'll still try to make that argument now.

there was also that white supremacist cac who shot up an lgbtq nightclub in colorado, then pretended to be trans just to artificially run their crime stats up

You're correct on GA law allowing a minor to possess a long gun and a non-licensed person to sell to a minor (which makes no sense whatsoever) but no under Federal law the buyer must be 18.
  • Federal law
The Gun Control Act (GCA) requires that individuals be at least 18 years old to purchase a rifle or shotgun, or ammunition for either.

  • Georgia law
Georgia law prohibits minors from possessing handguns, but there is no minimum age to possess a rifle or shotgun.
Licensed firearms dealers cannot sell or deliver a long gun to someone they know or have reason to believe is under 18. Unlicensed individuals can sell or transfer a long gun to anyone, regardless of age.

They really going for the broken home angle right now, fukk this kid and his parents

Who is "they"? It's not like "they" are the ones who made his family a train wreck.

"The day we were closing on the house, I was standing with my wife and our relator, and Marcee came up to us and told us to not make eye contact with Colin, they called him Coly," the neighbor said. "Mauree said that he was in a mood, and she didn't know what he would do."

"But when he came in, he was as high as can be," he said. "Red, glassy eyes. He didn't bother anyone, but didn't really interact either."

The neighbor said that during the move in process the kids, including Colt, "were left on their own."

"There was not much supervision," he said.

One elderly neighbor sharing a heartbreaking story of her brief interaction with Marcee Gray.

"It was during the day, but I was home by myself and I saw her [Marcee] running up our driveway," the elderly neighbor recounted. "And she had a child in her hands, and she ran towards our barn in the back and tried to get in. And all of a sudden, I see her husband, in a truck, driving on up and start running towards our barn building."

"Marcee tried to get into the barn building, but it was locked, and when I saw him [Colin] running towards her, I came outside and yelled, ‘What is going on here?’ and he looked up and turned around and left real fast."

"When she left the building, I told her, ‘I’m here if you need me,'" the neighbor said. "And she thanked me and I never saw her again."

The next day, the elderly neighbor was greeted by an unexpected note on her front door.

"It read, ‘Thank you. You saved my life.'" she said. "And it was signed, Marcee."

Unless they're being paid to fabricate those stories, that's some wild shyt.
