I always thought it to be swordsman is the intro snd hellz wind staff is the outro of unexplained (or is it going tcha back dont remember) cuz it talks a out tye sword making a sound like wind.

met GZA once a decade ago. He was chillin around Dundas Square before his set and he was super cool. I was a fan of Liquid then but I'm a way bigger fan now. In my top 5 albums ever and I've said this long before it was cool. I already see some posters taking my talking points on these albums and then pretending like they came up with it.

Soon you'll be repeating my point about how Liquid Swords is the perfect realization of the ideas/vibe 36 Chambers introduced. All that ninja/samurai shyt that they came with on 36 is perfected on Liquid.

This has been my all-time favorite GZA song for more than a decade. That beat is fukking spectacular, even for RZA. On an album where every single song is incredible (except BIBLE, that song is weak and nowhere up to par), Swordsman is a highlight.
