GOAT R&B song of the 90's
Chill, Behind The Musics Are Actually Good, If VH1 Did 10 Of These Movies A Year 8 Of Them Would Be Unwatchable Trash
nah. you gotta feel that pain son.
it takes a certain type of chick to pull that off.
I was telling yall from jump that lil mama was perfect for the role. but dudes wanted random prissy light-skinned industry chicks to get casted. they were idiots. im bout to upp that thread and take another victory lap so they can all kiss my ass.
aaliyah didn't bogard this thread. I did. and again, I apologize for it.
i'll respond to this aaliyah comment in here because it concerns TLC and its blasphemous on your part.
nobody was asking for a TLC movie? stop it dog. you the homie and all, but between these and that ginuwine comment, you clearly aren't much of an r&b guy. you the homie tho but dam.
and im sure you know by now that im the absolute last one of this board to base chit off of sales & commercial success. cmon man, this is @Homeboy Runny-Ray that youre talking to here.
the idea that fans had a greater connection and obsession with a living aalyiah over TLC is beyond laughable. im not sure how old you are but aaliyah wasn't even mentioned in the same breath as TLC in the '90s dog. like I cant even respect that chit you trying to say right now. TLC was on a whole different level than aaliyah. like we said, aalyiah wasn't even in the passenger seat in her own lane, let alone the driver seat. how you bigger than TLC and you not even seeing monica & brandy? nicca puh-lease. TLC were true icons in every sense of the word. in the hood and commercially.
aalyiah didn't get thrown in the bushes before she died? that's a dam lie. I was there. I saw her get pushed. the thing is, it gets brushed under the rug because she died just 2 months later and the very same album that was cold, had instantly warmed up because of her death. if nearly 2 decades of Michael Jackson ridicule is instantly forgotten once he died, then 2 months aint chit.
and yes, Ciara is a better comparison. I don't think yall realize how big Ciara was 10 years ago. its on par with aalyiah at her peak. if Ciara died before she switched production and dropped that 3rd album, and if the media got behind her death like they did with aalyiah, it would be the same chit but different toilet with the early 20s crowd. I still give the slight edge to aaliyah because she crossed over better, but theyre in the same vein. 2 non-singing singers who were held in high-regard by young females and relied too heavily on their producers & writers. their career expectancy isn't long dog. the writing was on the wall for aalyiah by 2001.
oh you know its going down when in the thread.
lol @ you quoting pac from "different world". I saw that chit coming a mile away.
this is why I fux witchu even tho you post like youre on xanies(sp?) half the time.
it dont gotta be every month.so you wouldnt watch a Slick Rick,Rakim,Salt n Pepa,LL,BDK,So So Def,Kanye,Snoop Dogg,Too Short,Outkast VH1 movie?
*grabs lotion*crazy how Chilli is 42 years old and looks just as young as Keke Palmer who is 20
left eye was the star of the group.
and are we gonna act like left eye didn't hop on tracks and merk 90% of the crowded female rap scene at the time?
LOL. I REMEMBER THIS STORY. I JUST DIDNT REMEMBER WHO POSTED IT. I was waiting for this story to be posted in here. yea, good ole left eye with the killer puss.
I never knew dalvin put hands on t-boz. crazy how she aint get her ass beat all movie. mack 10 didn't do chit in the movie but smile.
man. that's even worst cuz that dude reggie wright said that they were giving pac crazy money to walk around with on like a daily basis.
imagine how much worst tlc's debt would've been If pebbles wasn't so tight with the money.
sounds like jada pinkett saying that pac never tried nothing with her.
I don't want to hear anybody call pac a hypocrite again.
GOAT R&B song of the 90's

That was my childhood/ happiest days of my life. All I had to worry about was homework
It barely edges out SWV's "Weak In The Knees" as my most nostalgic song of the 90's...Just Barely.
T Boz was the one for me....I'm going to always have soft spot/ side for her.
