Black people cannot be racist in any meaningful way.
As I've said before, I was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. The racial dividing line is Troost. By design, black people live east of Troost and white people live west of Troost. That's how the city was planned out by people like J.C. Nichols, who kept black people out of white neighborhoods with zoning ordinances in the 1920's.
To this day, this is how the city is set up. There has been very little gentrification. And all the best schools, resources, money, etc. is you guessed it....west of Troost.
Black people do not have the power to do something like that. Even if they hate white people.
