This is such a basic example though that doesn't paint the whole picture.
Other than some small examples of black people hiring and firing people based on race...what else is there comparable that black people can do on a large scale to other groups of people that can actually constitute as "racism"? On a systemic level? On an institutional level?
We don't have good ole boys club networks that deny white people access to HBCUS and white people and non-blacks have been taken advantage of those for years now recently.
There are less than 25 black owned banks in America and theyve been struggling.
Have Black people ever went on ethnic cleansing campaigns against other races of people?
Have Black people ever sent non blacks to their deaths en masse in large numbers?
Have Black people redlined poor whites and non blacks in low income communities and put them in substandard government housiing?
How can any of you type out some of these scemarios and draw these conclusions without paying attention to reality?
