I've seen narrowish noses on black people but never small lips or white hair texture, and a person can be black and have green or blue eyes.

Ive taken trips to slavery museums and searched a lot on African slave ships and documentation on black slaves across the globe. You will find very little at all of light skin slaves or pre colonial light skin native Africans.

It will be like 90 percent dark skin and 10 percnet light skin.
