Really starting to get how important hip control/movement is.
Dont have down till where I'm doing it automatically, but if I have a split second to think about it I'm on it.
my gym never closed but floridaAny1 had their gym open back up?
Was planning on dropping down to 205 to compete in the 185-205 weight class.
But
My weight loss has stalled. Composition is changing, but weight isn't. So, I'll prolly go in at about 220 to fight in the 205-225 weight class.
Now that I've been training with a bunch of different ppl. I realize I can control bigger guys way easier than I can control smaller squirmy guys.
So, in the end it kind of works out.
I compete in the 181.5 division, but thought about moving up as I’m more comfortable at a bigger weight. Blue belt by the way.
