It should be but the powers that be haven't allowed the proper investment in the Port city to ensure it services the region as it should.

The Nigerian expression, "You think you are doing me, but you are doing yourself" is really true in this instance

Because Igbos cannot utilize ports in the South-South, Igbos go to Lagos to conduct business and live. Now Yorubas fear Igbos will demographically take over Lagos. Going as far as ransacking Igbo businesses in the election. If they weren't so selfish, there would not only be less Igbos in Lagos, but also greater development in other parts of Nigeria - thus making the entirety of Nigeria far wealthier.

So whats the deal with Buhari now that he has been reelected? Haven't kept up with Nigerian politics in a while.

Nothing

No policy direction and security continues to collapse all over Nigeria

Buhari is currently receiving treatment in London
