When I was in high school, i was in a program called Upward Bound. Upward Bound targets at-risk, low income/first generation students to encourage them to go to college after high school.

Part of the program was the summer institute where we as high school students spent 9 weeks on college campus in the dorms, going to classes like college students. Can u imagine 100 horny 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th graders at an HBCU campus? We had high school girls skipping class to go watch college football summer practice. Spurrier looking at these young ass girls like "come get ur jailbait"

There were so many 15-18 yr old high school girls harassing those big ass football players in the dining hall. To the guys' credit they never tried any of the chicks, but it's up to adults to talk to young chicks and young boys about this. There are more than enough creepy ass dudes willing to take it there.

If you can tell that a grown woman is choosing on you, then you can tell when an underaged girl is also.. especially if they are being overly aggressive.. unfortunately.
